A dilapidations schedule simply means that you have to put back the premises you are vacating to the exact condition they were in when you first moved there. The schedules are normally found within the lease or rent agreements when moving into new premises.

This is where Mike Waller Projects Limited can really be of benefit. We can either price up the work needed and produce an estimate for you and your outgoing landlord to agree a price for the dilapidations or we can actually carry out all the work for you. This may include altering back any changes that you made when you first moved in, for instance even taking down what looks like good partitioning around extra offices, but usually ends up as being general redecoration, the replacement of worn floor coverings and checking that everything still conforms to current health and safety regulations.
